I was born in Texas, but moved to Oklahoma and went to school in the Tulsa area. I graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2000.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and completed certification to teach Early Childhood - 6^th grade and Prek-12^th Grade Special Education in 2015. I am currently attending WTAMU to earn my Master’s degree.

This is my second year teaching special education and dyslexia for CES., but I taught kindergarten at Booker ISD for 2 years and Special Education at Slaton ISD for 2 years prior to moving to Canadian. 

I’ve been married to my husband, David, for 19 years and we have 4 children in the Canadian school system – between myself and my kids, we have someone in our family on every campus!
